If one item in your order is out of stock, we will dispatch the remaining items. We will send the remaining items of your purchase whenever they become available. Your order’s shipping charges are non-refundable and are calculated depending on the weight of the products you buy and your location. Due to carrier shipping procedures, delivery location, manner of delivery, and the number of products bought, the timing of delivery for your order may vary, and your order may be sent in several shipments.
Additional taxes and charges
Depending on your location and the amount of your purchase, additional delivery costs may apply. All taxes related to the delivery of your purchase, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs charges, and excise duties, are your responsibility. If any of the things you bought are damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
